As a Medicare beneficiary, you are eligible to switch plans from October 15 to December 7.
This is the time of year where you get to decide whether you want to be on an advantage plan or on a supplement & drug plan.
Plan rates and availability change annually, so it's important that we meet during this time to make sure you are on the best plan for you.

At the end of the scheduling, there will be an option to go to "RetireFlo", please utilize that to send up your most updated list of doctors and medications so that we are able to look them up prior to our meeting.
